When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

UPS has teamed up with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to make certain deliveries for normal or standard shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially. The package will then be handed over to your local USPS to deliver to you.


All orders received and processed before 2pm on standard business days (M-F) excluding holidays will be sent for shipment within 48 hours.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation notice and your tracking info will be available within 12 hours. 


Once orders have been sent for shipment they may not be cancelled.  Don’t worry though, we can issue a painless return for you of the items you don’t want and even create a new order for you at the same time.  Just email us at coldthoughtsco@gmail.com Returns and Refunds

In order to return goods for refund or credit, please include your packing slip in the box, affix the return label (attached to the front of your packing slip) to the outside of the box, seal and take to any authorized shipper.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to by customer service.

Your order will be received into our facility  within 24 of receipt and your refund or credit will be promptly posted to your account.

PLEASE NOTE:Returns for store credit (online store only) must be received within 30 days of the order shipment date.  Returns for refund to tender type (credit card, etc...) must be received within 20 days of the order shipment date.


For logistical reasons, we do not offer exchanges.  Please return the item you wish to send back per the policies listed above and order the new item as a separate order.
