When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Shipping

All orders received and processed before 12 noon on standard business days (M-F) excluding holidays will be sent for shipment within 5-7 Business Days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation notice and your tracking info will be available within 24 hours.

If your order hasn’t arrive within 14 Business Days of Ordering, contact us via email at coldthoughtsco@gmail.com. 

Cancellations

Once orders have been sent for shipment they may not be cancelled.  Email us at coldthoughtsco@gmail.com for more Return and Refund Questions.

In order to return goods for refund or credit, email us at coldthoughtsco@gmail for more info. 

PLEASE NOTE: Returns for store credit (online store only) must be received within 10 days of the order shipment date.  Returns for refund to tender type (credit card, etc...) must be received within 10 days of the order shipment date.

Exchanges

For logistical reasons, we do not offer exchanges.  Please return the item you wish to send back per the policies listed above and order the new item as a separate order.
